Alice has been a valued part of our team here at Audus since 2017, and we are so glad to have her!

With seven years of kitchen design skills under her belt, we were so excited when she joined us as our Sales Kitchen Designer, and customers instantly loved her personal approach ahead of making such a big investment.

Honest, helpful and empathetic, we wanted to give you an insight into what makes Alice the perfect person to advise you on your new project. Here’s what she had to say when we took ten minutes to catch up…

You’ve been passionate about Audus since the beginning. What makes us different?

We know with each one of our customers, it’s personal. We want to really understand what their needs are. We then use our expertise and knowledge to offer them the right solution for their dream kitchen.

Give our clients one tip for creating their kitchen.

My top tip would be to give your kitchen a touch of your personality. This can be done with adding a certain texture, or perhaps a bold colour. Whatever your intentions, we will be there to help deliver your solution.

Why do our clients love working with you?

I like to treat their kitchen as if it’s my own. Also, my experience both in the kitchen industry and in customer service ensures that every client feels looked after when they are making such a big decision. I carefully consider every element of each client’s project, and I know everyone’s needs are unique.

Enough about kitchens! What do you enjoy doing outside work?

I really enjoy long walks with my dog, and to relax and unwind, I love a spot of baking, especially when accompanied with an ice cold G&T!

Anything else you’re passionate about?

I love to travel. One of my favourite places I have visited would have to be the volcanic Faroe Islands of Denmark. Unbelievably, it was only for one night but such a beautiful and little known place. On my bucket list is to go on a South African safari, and I would also love to visit the Rio Carnival in Brazil.
